Hi, I’m Nathalie Shalofsky.

I created this program because I’ve seen too many brilliant women feel like something inside them was slipping — when really, their body was simply asking for support.

I’ve trained extensively in menopause, nutrition, and women’s health…

But mostly, I’ve walked through this journey myself.
